Construction & Materials
Our flagship illuminated sign is built the same way every time: a blank 8 mm acrylic panel, a CNC-carved groove in the shape of your artwork, an SMD 2835 LED strip seated in the groove, and a silicone strip that both diffuses the light and seals the groove. The acrylic is cast PMMA, chosen because it stays clear and does not yellow.
